Order online, and collect from our shop on Richmond Hill, with the option to pay on
collection. We are open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm.

Orders over £50

Uk orders over £50 qualify for FREE shipping via Royal Mail 48 tracked and signed for.

Orders under £50

Uk orders under £50 will incur a £5 flat rate postage and packaging fee.

Shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48.

International postage upon special request, please email us.

You will receive an email with tracking information upon dispatch of your order.

Packaging

At Curtain Call we only use eco friendly sustainable packaging to ship your order.
We ship orders in 100% biodegradable packaging. We will re-use cardboard boxes where possible. Alternatively,

we use responsibly sourced, fully recyclable/reusable cardboard boxes and brown paper.

Additional info

If you request a “safe place” for your order to be left upon delivery – in the case of no receipt of the parcel Royal Mail will not provide official proof of delivery. Therefore, we cannot assist in any claim for non-delivery.
If we try to deliver an order to the address, as provided by you, and it is either wrong/incomplete, not accepted/collected from the post office and it is returned to us. We will refund the items less our postage cost.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return items purchased in our online shop,  at your expense for a refund. Please email us quoting your order number within 14 days of receipt of your order.

All products must be returned in saleable condition.

If products are being returned due to a fault with the item, please contact us.
Please retain proof of postage, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns not received by us.
